Brooke has 10 years experience in the real estate industry and is very knowledgeable in many aspects of the buying process as well as creative real estate investing techniques.


Brooke started her career at Coldwell Banker Burnet as a receptionist and helped many real estate agents with the administrative aspects behind their real estate transactions. Brooke has been assistant to Mark Geier of Coldwell Banker Burnet, one of the nation's top producing Realtor's.

Brooke has also helped the start up and growth of Rapid Appraisals, LLC which is now 24 Hour Appraisals, LLC, a nation-wide appraisal company. Brooke worked herself as a Real Estate Appraiser for their brother company U.S. Appraisals, based out of Minnesota.

As a former loan processor and mortgage specialist, Brooke understands the principles behind proper equity management and real estate financing and has helped numerous investors properly leverage O.P.M to buy additional real estate properties.

Brooke has helped investment groups in both Minneapolis and Los Angeles negotiate with builders and developers to liquidate property at wholesale prices and help investors build their real estate portfolio. Brooke currently specializes in creative real estate investing techniques such as mobile homes, notes, and out of state investing.

With a Bachelors of Science from the University of Minnesota and as a former Platoon Sergeant in the Marine Corps, Brooke's professional and life experiences have led her to find what truly matters in life and how, through real estate, it is actually achievable to have freedom from the constraints of money so you can live life to the fullest and never miss out on the moments that matter!

As Director of Sales and Marketing for Select Capital Group, Brooke does what she enjoys most in helping others find financial freedom through real estate so that they too can spend their time with the people they love living the life of their dreams!
